GEAR SPECS, PRODUCT CONCEPT
Gear Specs was a group project which consisted in the formation of a product that had undergone a paradigm shift. The product had to show three new uses that didn't involve the original intended use of the product. Our group decided upon a pair of glasses that would have three different uses. One arm of the glasses would have a small knife, the other a retractable prod for holding food over a fire. Farsighted people would have a third use of using the convex lens's to start a fire. The intended use was for hikers or campers that forget a simple tool.
